Sonic Drive-in - Jensen Beach

This place is being ran by dope heads that don’t even know how much they are supposed to be charging you. They over charge then don’t want to refund you. Food has went down hill. Don’t waste your time or money.

Wrong order, no receipt, when I went back around to talk to the attendant nobody present.Poorly managed, poorly run and customer service needs a major improvement. NOT RECOMMENDED

Been a customer on and off, but today ends that. Was a busy day so the wait for service was expected. After ordering my food and returning to work to eat. The hotdogs were chewy, possibly old or been reheated. One of my hotdogs went straight to the trash due to finding a long wavy reddish brown hair in the saurkraut. Very gross. Some smaller items were not in my bag as well. I understand fast food not being fine dining, but it shouldn't be handled by people who can't keep a clean appearance or their hair properly managed. Suggest a closure and cleanup and maybe restaff with competent people.

I was at the drive thru for 15 min no one ever talked to me to take my order. The restuarant wasn't even busy. Horrible
