Hoedongjib - Jeongseon-gun

The hottest place in Jeongseon Market. Even though I went at 11 am, there was a long waiting line. The turnover rate was fast, so I was able to get in after waiting for about 20 minutes. The two of us ordered assorted pancakes (10,000 won), fried shrimp pancakes (7,000 won), and spicy noodles (bibim, 7,000 won), but we were so full that we had some left over. Jeon was not special compared to its reputation. The noodle soup was surprisingly delicious. It had thick, chewy noodles in a cold noodle soup with a hint of MSG, so it was perfect for someone who is used to selling food. If I visit again, I think I will only eat the spicy noodles. And since there are so many restaurants nearby that sell the same menu, it might be a good idea to try a different restaurant next time.
