We tried the original burger who was our Fave (loved the sauce! and the chickpea sandwich was also amazing! ALSO, all the smoothies are so refreshing and healthy! (Not excessively sweetened, as others are often. And we couldn't resist the cake – they tasted like heaven!! We tried the blueberries and chocolate cake and they were both perfect! So moist and tasteful, but not too sweet. We will miss this little vegan oasis, and highly recommend that you go there! The owner and her mother are super friendly and the restaurant has a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We want us to stay longer so we can eat there again. I was in a hurry and had to go to a burger and chickpea sandwich, so I only had to admire the decor and chat with the owner for a few minutes. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious, in oily, diner style. They were served on bread instead of rolls, but the bread was thick and tasty and perfectly held together. You seem to use a lot of vegan butter that I'm not very used to, but I really enjoyed something as different from what I usually cook. I move from Gwangju closer to Jeonju, and I am really excited about the much better vegan choices in this smaller town. I will make the trip regularly to Plantica!
Until now, the vegan only places in Jeonju have been quite far from the city center, but not any more! This great place is located right next to the main shopping center and is near Hanok Village! The owner, EunJi, started making vegan food after realizing she had an allergy. Now, her goal is to blur the line between healthy and unhealthy by making vegan food that doesn 't taste like vegan food. Her burgers are so tasty and loaded with yummy sauce, but also feature a lot of fresh veg like lettuce, tomato and onion. I love the spinach smoothie a lot, and though it looks super green it tastes sweet. Don 't worry if you decide to do takeout! She doesn 't use regular plastic, but a biodegradable one made from corn! Her desserts are not to be missed. Her cake is light and fluffy and the icing is so good I practically licked the plate. Last but not least, the owner EunJi is so sweet and speaks English very well. Her kind mother always cheerfully says hello in the background, and the English books and music in the cafe can almost make your forget you 're in Korea, until you notice the antique dresser holding the water. It 's an incredible restaurant and one I 'll visit a lot!
Beautiful owners, very attentive and English speak great selection of vegan food available. Desserts are not to be missed! The place is super sweet, smashed with a full wall in dried flowers. The coffee is also fab and they have oat milk I recommend this charming place, I really enjoyed my late lunch there. Super friendly owner and great food in a sweet place, what is not to love?
I ate the Bogogi sandwich and a Choco strawberry cake and wow, both were really delicious! The interior is really sweet and cool and the friendly owner speaks well English. Want to come back!
