The atmosphere inside the restaurant is charming and the selection of cakes I tried were delicious. I purchased 2 slices of cake, one to take away and one to enjoy in the café. The woman working there was friendly and able to communicate with me despite my limited Korean language skills. It did not seem like she spoke English, but I believe it is still possible to visit this cafe without speaking Korean. She used gestures to help me understand during our conversation. The cakes were moist and flavorful. All of the cakes are vegan and some are also gluten-free (I assume 'gf' stands for gluten-free).
The coke berry cake at this restaurant blew my mind. It was so moist and delicious. I also loved the pumpkin cake! We tried all three cakes they had available and they were all fantastic. I would definitely return to Jeonju. The interior and atmosphere were beautiful. I also appreciate that they use biodegradable plastic for takeout packaging.
I especially loved her carrot cake and diffusor 쑥 scone with soy milk ear cream. I also had her beugee cake and peach tea and rose lemon squash. It was wonderful and French and completely different from most places in Jeonju. Look at it!
Very cute and small place. 연근 cake and 쑥 cake were healthy flavors that weren’t too sweet. Chocolate cake was the best. You can check today’s menu on their instagram.
