However, I was disappointed to learn that it had recently closed due to corporate neglecting to pay the rent. It appears that this particular location is permanently closed, and the overall brand may be in jeopardy due to mismanagement by the Rohan group, who acquired it in 2020. It is unfortunate to see this restaurant, which had been in business for over thirty years, close its doors. Here's hoping that the remaining locations can find a way to stay afloat.
This place is quite disappointing. The only options available were broccoli and corn. There were no signs of any chicken being cooked. They only accept cash. We decided to eat at a different restaurant instead.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. When I entered, I was told they could only accept cash because their credit card machine was broken. I offered to place an order for pickup outside using my credit card, but when I returned inside, the staff refused to make my food, claiming they had run out. Despite pointing out that there was chicken right behind them, they still refused. When I asked for a refund, they declined. I ended up spending $100 on food and had to drive 35 minutes to get Boston Market for my family instead. I highly recommend avoiding this Boston Market location.
They should remove the franchise. Facing financial troubles, they no longer produce the same quality food. My kids turned away the Mac Cheese they used to love; chicken dry unlike original recipe, corn and mashed potatoes different as well. Only accepted cash, app would not process credit card
The place appearance of the restaurant seems like it is ruins. There was little selection. No fountain drinks.
