Always great tasting! The staff is very kind and on their toes! You have an employee her name is Hope, she is definitely amazing!

Portions were tiny, very surprising for Carl's Jr. The three piece chicken strips were smaller than fingers. The California burger was all sauce with a tiny piece of lettuce. They still have the zucchini on the menu but stopped serving it recently.

The lobby was locked up right over an hour before the sign said it would be. They shorted us a fry I paid for when we did drive through. And ultimately gave me for poisoning. Parking lot was clean I guess?

It 's hit or miss here. It depends entirely on who 's working. There 's the most unfriendly man alive, who will just stare at you until you order. No hi or anything, but he makes a good burger. Then are two young women that you have zero chance of getting a good burger from. There 's another young woman who is there a lot who actually does a great job. Today, I got the two burger slobs. I ordered a jalapeno burger, and it had exactly three slices of jalapeno, a metric yard of soggy tomatoes, and the buns were cold, all served with soggy old fries.

Service was slow. Food was alright. Not as good as I expected. This experience will make me think twice before stopping at another Carl's Jr. again.
