Little Caesars Pizza - Jerome

Don't think anyone here knows what they are doing just like at all other Little Caesars. Wrong pizza was made and to top it off wing were cold like they just came out of the refrigerator. When picking up from this place, double check your order. I have filed a complaint with their corporate office and yet to hear from them. Will dispute the charge with the CC company.

I was disappointed that the team at this restaurant didn't get a single order. I ordered a loaded pizza and a regular drink. Despite working in the fast food industry myself and understanding the challenges, I was still frustrated when I requested a refund and was told that I could just take the pizza instead. With no time to argue as I needed to get to work, I reluctantly accepted the pizza and left.

This review is for the Little Caesars in Jerome, Idaho. Unfortunately, we arrived after their 11:30 opening hours and didn't realize they were closed. There were two cars in front of us, with the first car receiving a pass in the window before parking. The car ahead of us moved up, but after a brief exchange at the window, they drove away. When we pulled up, the worker at the register next to the window just stared at us without saying anything. After a few minutes, they gestured for us to go and shouted through the closed window that they were closed. The worker was very rude.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. Every time we order pizza here, it comes out burnt. Giving it one more chance, we decided to order 2 cheese pizzas. After a 15-minute wait, we were told it would be another 5 minutes. As we waited, another customer came in to return a pizza because it was the wrong one. The cashier put the returned pizza back in the warmer and gave her another one. She then tried to give my husband the pizza that had been returned. We decided to get our money back and vowed to never return to any Little Caesars again. This practice of reselling returned pizzas is absolutely unacceptable.

Was told it would be a 15min wait for the 2 pizzas ordered took 30mins
