Baonanas - Jersey City

I’ve enjoyed bananas at various local coffee shops in and around JC, but I finally made a trip to one of their locations. I tried the ube bananenpudding, and it was incredibly creamy and fresh. The ube flavor added a delightful twist to the pudding. I'm absolutely in love with this place and can’t wait to return, whether to their headquarters or one of their Manhattan locations in the future!

I tried her original recipe and loved it! It was light, creamy, not overly sweet, and packed with banana flavor.

Located in the eastern village, this place is beautiful and offers excellent service. The staff was very friendly, and the banana pudding was delicious. It had a fantastic flavor and just the right level of sweetness. I would definitely return!

I was so excited to try baonanas, but it is very difficult to find and then enter the building that it is inside! it is located in the harborside building that has many entrances, and they can only be through one of the doors. Moreover, it is only open at weeks when there is not much traffic going through the building, so hard to say where to go, unless other customers come out. it is worth finding the right entry! baonanas offers several fun bananen pudding aromen including matcha, black sesame and ube. they also have a good selection of hits to choose also. I personally tried the ube and strawberry game. the consistency was wonderful and it was very easy to sweet. unfortunately I couldn't taste the ube and matcharomen so much, but I didn't mind because it was still a delicious tasty bite. I would come back and try other arome!

I've loved baonanas ever since ive tried it back in high school! but this location needs to be better staffed because one kid working is not enough. i waited about 10 15 minutes when i was the 3rd person on line. the kid was sweet but just very slow. the serving size is also not as big as i remembered it. for the same size, i could have gotten a lot more at magnolia's bakery in new york. the only difference between baonanas and magnolia's is the fact that baonanas has more different flavors and they do allow you to sample their flavors which i like. overall, still love their different flavors, just wish the staff was faster and that they give a little bit more for the price point that they have.
