As other reviews mentioned, I had a 20-minute wait, but I’m still giving this place a full 5 stars. They grill everything from scratch, and it tastes fantastic! It’s honestly some of the best food I’ve had this year, and it’s also very affordable! The wait doesn’t influence my rating because the exceptional quality of the food more than makes up for it. My pork chop was perfectly grilled—juicy and thick. I once had a disappointing pork belly katsu at a Japanese restaurant that cost two and a half times as much! A great tip is to call ahead to place your order. I’m completely in love with both the food and the atmosphere here. Plus, the waitstaff is incredibly friendly too!
