Came here a couple times to get some work done. • Good Coffee • Good wifi • Good Bagel Staff is friendly, no pressure to leave—there were always tables available when I came early afternoon. Only thing to keep in mind is it’s not exactly a quiet working atmosphere.

I had some doubts about eating in Coffee Bean after reading reviews that pointed to poor service and poor to average food. Well, my husband and I found both the service and the food to be excellent! The waitresses were very attentive and patiently answered our questions. Our food came in about 8 minutes, piping hot and positively delicious. I'd also like to point out that the menu is far more diverse and original than that of most cafes, and the prices are easily 10 shekels or more less than a comparable dish elsewhere. And I haven't even mentioned the amazing variety of blended ice drinks, unmatched anywhere I've ever been.

Customer service sucks! Cheese fries need more cheese and a salad. We didn't realize our regular ice coffee wouldn't be blended. My daughter refused to drink it and they refused to fix it so I didn't leave a tip. 22 nis into the garbage . We had to ask for ketchup 4 times for our fries.

I just want the public to be aware that the Moroccan Mint tea is not actually mint. At has zero resemblance of mint. If you look at the ingredients on the box it come in it says “green tea and natural flavors”. I think this Moroccan mint tea is misleading. Otherwise the staff an ambiance is nice.

Ordered a simple coffee, waited 20 MINUTES for it while watching people get in front of me and get theres right away. I said something about it and then waited another 5 minutes before finally getting it without a lid. Staff was extremely rude as well
