Vaniglia - Jerusalem

We visited Vaniglia at First Station in Jerusalem, which is a gelateria-style restaurant. Over half of the menu options were vegan and clearly marked as such. Vegan flavors included chocolate, double chocolate, peanut butter banana chocolate chip, coconut, mango, and more.

During my visit, the restaurant offered around 5-6 sorbet flavors and 3-4 vegan ice cream flavors. I chose a Lotus cookie-based flavor and another one called Bounty, which was coconut and chocolate chip flavored. It was an incredible combination, with Lotus being rich and Bounty being refreshing. The staff was very friendly and there were clear labels for allergens and vegan options. I highly recommend stopping by this location at First Station.
