I order a tasting of Tarter (picciola, tonno, salmon), accompanied by flavored mayonnaise, very good. A bottle of water and a glass of champagne. Croccantino semifreddo and coffee (made with moka). Total 54,00.
I have a mediocre vote. Having been advised by several people, we had high expectations. We were greeted by very kind and attentive staff. However, disappointed by the lack of a wine list to be consulted. Maximum Vote for staff, quite good dishes, average-high prices.
The staff is very nice. They all know about wine and their passion shows into the service. We tried a few different wines and had dinner and everything was very good! Coming back next time we are in Jesolo.
This wine bar is one of the best ! You can enjoy a great glass of wine, or a full dinner, everything is always perfect ! There is no official wine list, but Gigi will find the perfect wine no matter how busy they are ! The steak tar-tar and the prawns with cows cows are my favourites !
Open April till end September, this enoteca surprises. We had a nice prosecco when we arrived, were greeted and finally found a reaturant that keeps a high quality olive oil instead of a cheap supermarket tastless alternative like 99% of the food joints on Via Bafile. Prices are medium, absolutelly fair, but this place is not for the pizza crowd. The wines mentioned below were between 25 and 35 euro per bottle, which we thought was very good value. This small place with less than 50 seats in the busiest street in Lido di Jesolo offers wine by proposal/selection of the chef (no wine list, so no fun for wine snobs competing at the table and showing off to ladies with their knowledge of an expensive label , and food on a one pager. Everything is top though. From the quality beef tartar with some nice sauces (picture attached , via the “Italian neef” burger and the Gigi Ceasar salad, to the couscous with prawns, every member of our party was licking their fingers. We had a bottle of white to start and accompany the first dishes. The advice of Luigi was spot on the Bucci 2017 wine was nicely rounded, with a hint of oak and a maturity not expected. Loved it. After that we had a cabernet sauvignon Jiasik, and while this is not a sort I prefer, as it usually geta offered in low quality by restaurants who couldn’t care less about wine, this was really good. Dark fruits, a bit of tanins, a spicy aftertaste. We only wished we had some homemade wild boar salami to go with it : The service was excellent. We were well attended to, and wished for nothing. The bathrooms were clean and nice. To summarize: if you are an average tourist in Lido di Jesolo (pizza, spghetti, beer, burgers, ... and don’t get me wrong, I love all these things, just not every day , please don’t go here. There are great pizza places for pizza lovers in Lido; this one is not it. : Don’t come if you need a wine list to make your selection, because you just can’t trust aome Italian, or because you need to show off to your friends. Come and enjoy if you appreciate good service, wine and food and are ready to pay a little bit more for it.
