Mcdonald's - Jessup

I loved how the manager Zulma treated me during my visit. I went with my daughter and we had a great time and the food was great!

Ordered a Mcflurry and sundae. They were given to us messy and dripping out of the containers because the lids were not on. A complete sticky mess. Not sure if it was a fluke or because the woman at the drive thru was annoyed that we did not stop at the first window to pay. There was no one at the first window to be able to pay so we went to the second window. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused but do not think it warranted the condition our food was served. Will not return to this location again. Hopefully the woman at the window will have a better day next time she works.

Cold fries, horribly slow drive thru and rude irder taker...

I sat down in the lobby while awaiting for my husband to use the restroom. The lobby attendant proceeds to mop around, under my chair and my feet despite me and another guest telling her to stop. She had no care, waved her hand as to say don't worry but mop my feet. She didn't put up no wet floor signs as she continued mopping the lobby. I decided to leave and will not patronize a business that does not care about its patrons.

This location always asks you to pull into a parking spot to wait for your food...which defeats the point of going through the driveway. Its ok if the people in line have to wait a minute. Recent times this has happend [3
