I placed an online order for pickup and found the restaurant to be quite clean. However, when I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, my food was not ready. I understood it was dinner time and they might be busy, but when I notified the cashier that I was there for my order, which was not in the pickup area, I ended up waiting 15 minutes for my food. When I finally received it, the cashier didn’t apologize or show any courtesy, which was disappointing. It was frustrating to see them prioritize walk-in customers over my order. Once I got home and checked my meal, I noticed it seemed a bit incomplete; there wasn't enough Angus black pepper steak in comparison to the rice. On a positive note, the food did taste decent overall.
