Feedback gevenDisappointed in the lack of common sense, or the weasel trained decision making. I walked into this location and politely ordered a Bagel Pack (13 bagels two tubs). I also tipped two dollars prior to receiving my order, because I asked for them to be sliced. My only caveat was, Please, nothing with raisins. I arrived at my office and realized despite the store having all advertised flavors behind the counter the employee only gave me plain, cinnamon, and asiago.Are these your lowest cost offering? Are these your least popular, most likely to end up in the trash at the end of the day? Who would only put three flavors in the bag?First world problem? Sure. But the lack of common sense is mind boggling to me.

The wait was a little long they only had two persons working the front where you place your order the weight to get my food wasn't bad but they could improve on the time that it takes them to prepare the meal and get it to the front for you to pick up your food everything I purchased tasted good and I would buy it
Missing an item for my order so I placed on the Panera app that item was missing. App gave me a $7 off offer on my app but what I really want is a refund to my original payment method for the item I did not receive. Wth!
I’ve ordered from this location numerous of times either via doordash or Uber eats. Never a problem with delivery , however. Every time I called up there to ask for additional dressing and modification for my drink ITS NEVER done ! Instead the current manager at the store rushed me off the phone and said she would make sure my things would be changed since there’s no way of doing so on the app. She also stated there is no way for her to make her a note so therefore nothing was forgotten. When in fact I’ve ordered from other locations and they’re able to print my receipt and write a simple note. Once I called the store again the manager again gave me the run around and made up excuses for her lack of simple communication. Could’ve all be avoided had she simple pulled some receipt paper and wrote on it. Terrible customer service. 09–08-23 ,12:30.
