Goods with 8 people were registered, but due to a small dog rejected very sad never again, which has become of the beautiful place. Thank you.
A very nice place. They had chosen us for breakfast and were enthusiastic. A very rich, varied buffet, including salmon, scrambled eggs, etc. made us difficult to choose, and this is enough at a price, including coffee, who is looking for the same. The staff also deserved a praise for kindness and attention. We are guaranteed breakfast there more often in the future.
Have you ever eaten Snirtjebraa? For this purpose red cabbage, potatoes, put pumpkin and slices vinegar? It was praised here as a typical French food in Jever Fass. I forgot to thank, even the thought of red cabbage was not good for my stomach. Gurke, don't. My husband dared, I ordered me to sleep with pommes. They sit very comfortably in this place, it is old, but beautifully renovated and stands directly at the market square of Jever. It is called Jever Fass, in the house there is still a hotel called Schwarzer Adler, both names are outside the house facade. We were operated twice, a young woman and a young man. It wasn't much. My carving, on the curry sauce, called it a mission to Bombay, tasted according to standard, nothing special, but edible. The Pommes were very fade. The Frisian dish of my husband looked quite appetizing at first glance, meat like Goulash, beautiful brown sauce, potatoes and red cabbage. But many acid mixed pimples. I'd rather let him go, but it had to be tried. He created almost everything, but again he did not want to order it, the flesh looked like pork goulash, but rather tasted like inlaid sour meat. Conclusion: neither he nor I were very satisfied with our food. But since this is also a question of taste, I give three stars. Ambience, operation and price were fine.
Cosy inn with rustic furnishings. The prices are ok, for two people with appetizer, main dish and drink we stayed just under 50 euros. The map offers meat and fish in great variety, but also vegetarian dishes are in the selection. We had tomato sauce with cream bonnet, as well as the rag steak with a delicious mushroom sauce and the Finkenwerder Scholle, both with roast potatoes. Taste both top and steak medium as desired. Unfortunately, the plaice had a lot of loose bones but the service was attentive and good.
