The best home stay experience you can wish. The owners are just fantastic. You feel like home. All you want to see is just a little walk away. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. And the food is good. So only in case you have to eat outside, you can trust the taste. Above all, it is located in the old jhodpur, which gives you a total cultural experience.

Super relaxed stay, nice location in the old town of Jodhpur and beautiful roof terrace for breakfast and dinner in the evening. Also exceptionally friendly owner and family! We ask for a good place to eat dal bhati and they prepared it for us, it was delicious! If you love the Wes Anderson Film Darjeeling Limited, it's a place you have to go anyway! P.S.: I hope the owner still has my green/blue hat that fits so well with his jacket;

What an amazing place! The guesthouse has so much choice charm being in a 528 year old building that has been passed down through the generations to Sunil and Neena. They took care of me very well on my 4 day stay, especially after I fell sick on the first day. As a solo traveller was lovely to call this place home. The photo is the view from the room upstairs-simply stunning! Recommend to anyone wanting a family cosy place with beautiful views(also only 10 min walk to Fort). Michael.

Encountered 'Awar Niwas ' when we were looking for a lunch place. Really welcoming and hospitable owners who took the time for us en prepared a delicious fresh lunch. Very nice place in a nice neighborhood!
