Great choice for a lazy evening dinner, lots of options to keep your conversations going. The steak and the calamari were heavenly. Great service, good ambience, the rain added some extra points.
A great meal always! The food is always fresh and of the best quality. Great spices which give it that unique taste. Definitely worth the cost which is slightly higher than the average place.
The place is usually packed during the weekend, booking in advance will be best, I particularly loved their prawn espetada as well as the hake fillets
The seafood, as would be expected at Adega, is delicious, although the restaurant is relatively pricey, when compared to options like Kashif's up the road. I once made the mistake of ordering a steak here and it was totally horrible. They should just remove it off the menu. Stick to the seafood, especially the prawns, and the chicken.<br/ <br/ It does get busy on the weekend, so be aware of that. At one stage, they were known for telling people who they seated that they had to be done with their meals in a certain amount of time (an hour, if I recall correctly). Having a countdown timer on one's meal must be an awful experience. Although I sympathise with their predicament, I hope they don't do this anymore customer satisfaction has to trump table turning.
