Debonairs Pizza - Johannesburg

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I accidentally placed an order on the app for collect when I wanted it for delivery. I called the store to ask them to change it, they did not understand what I was saying. Eventually someone else came on the phone and I explained that I would like to change from collect to delivery and I don't mind paying the delivery cost. She refused to take my order number down so she knew which order I'm talking about and she kept on repeating my address back to me wrong. I then told them to cancel the entire order, again something which they couldn't understand. I laid a complaint with debonairs head office and got a call back from the Debonairs Braamfontein manager who couldn't speak proper English, was unapologetic and defended her staff making it seem like the problem was with me.

The pizza I received was not well made. The dough was still a bit raw. The presentation of the pizza was also not satisfactory. The dough had holes in it. The Debonairs pizza in Braam really disappointed me.

Placed an order to be delivered, only to wait and get an update to review a delivery that never happened. I had to walk to the restaurant and complain about not getting my order. Such an inconvenience. You deserve 0 star.

Had to wait about an hour for my order, I call to follow up the store doesn't pick up their phones, when they finally do they tell me they just put my pizza in the oven and I have to wait additional 15 minutes.
