If the drivers can’t locate you, they won’t call you. They won’t deliver your order, but you will still be charged with no refund. I used Uber Eats for the delivery, and I can assure you they will never refund your money. I've had multiple experiences where the driver ends up eating my food. I will never order from Kauai or Uber Eats again.

I felt as though I was in heaven! The ambiance and the enchanting aroma of the brewing coffee were simply delightful. It was absolutely delicious!

The wait times can be quite lengthy, and the portion sizes seem to have decreased significantly! However, the food is delicious. I also find it puzzling that smoothies are priced nearly the same as a full meal.

I visited Kauafter after my gym session on a Tuesday afternoon, around 3 PM, well after the lunch rush. At the time, I was the only customer there. I ordered a medium protein egg pot to go. After waiting over 20 minutes for my order, it was served to me in a bowl meant for dining in. I informed the staff that it was supposed to be a takeaway order, and they all started yelling "takeaway." I then had to wait another 10 minutes for them to transfer my meal into a takeaway container. When I finally got home, I discovered all they had included was a very overcooked half of an egg (I had ordered it medium), a few vegetables, and just one piece of beef. I was extremely disappointed.

I ordered the new x2 Sriracha chicken wraps as a takeaway and I’m really disappointed with my experience. I’m not sure if there was a mix-up with my order, but it didn’t live up to my previous experience at Kauai in Harrismith, where the wraps were absolutely fantastic. This time around, I couldn’t even taste the sauce, and some of the chicken pieces were quite chewy. On a positive note, the staff were excellent—friendly and quick—but perhaps they could use a little refresher on the menu items. Also, the lighting in the restaurant needs improvement; it feels very dull when you walk in during the evening.
