Kfc Kensington - Johannesburg

Currently, this restaurant is my top pick when I want to avoid cooking at home. They offer very affordable meal options that are even cheaper than takeout. It's a great choice for families or when you have guests over, providing a hassle-free dining experience. The staff is friendly, and the delivery service is reliable as well.

I placed an order through Uber Eats, but it was canceled by five different drivers before the order simply disappeared. I thought my food had been stolen. However, when I visited KFC Kensington, they quickly informed me that the order was never picked up. Instead of giving me a cold meal, they prepared my food again and apologized for the inconvenience. A big thank you to KFC Kensington for doing their best to resolve this chaos. The manager there was incredibly helpful. On the other hand, Uber Eats’ customer service leaves much to be desired. I'm off to enjoy my lunch now!

Service: 5/5 This location is one of the best KFCs in the franchise. The staff provided a warm welcome during my visit. Good drive-thru service has become quite rare these days. Food: 5/5 The Zinger burger with triple pepper mayo was prepared exactly as I requested. The rolls were soft, the chicken was fresh and crispy, and the triple sauce was delightful. It was a fantastic experience! The Double Tender burger was just as heavenly! I got an amazing deal with the app—two burgers, two sides, and one drink for only $13! This is an incredible value, especially given the deliciously indulgent nature of the meal. Atmosphere: 5/5 The atmosphere is consistent with other KFC locations. There isn't much to say, but it’s certainly not lacking anything. End of Service: 5/5 I am especially grateful for the attentive service. Even though I made several specific requests with my order, the staff handled everything with professionalism—there were no signs of annoyance, eye-rolling, or any negative gestures. Well done!

Lol a very busy connection this, it is always full and online ordering crazy about the lunchtime. although it was full and went through was a chaos that was trying and did her best to let the load run. many thanks to cynthia that I had to apologize for having to wait for my milkshake big for her. really made me appreciate the work they do to serve hot meals. big to all of you

Drive through service very slow.Took me nearly 10 minutes after ordering and still had to wait at collection window for only 6 streetwise 2 meals on a Sunday.They can surely do better
