Subway - Johns Creek

Please, do not visit this place unless you want to be treated with disrespect. I have just experienced the worst customer service of my life. The couple running the establishment were not wearing masks or taking any sanitary precautions. Today, I ordered a sandwich, and I found a man's hair in my bread. It was absolutely disgusting. When I went back to inform the owner, they dismissed me, saying, "I don't see any hair here; what's done is done, and it can't be undone." How disgusting! I have never been treated this way in my entire life. They looked at me as if I was asking for something unreasonable. I felt humiliated by the way they treated me as a customer.
