Domino's Pizza - Johns Island

This location just keeps going downhill. Tonight was the worst pizza experience from a restaurant my entire life. Do yourself a favor and buy frozen pizza instead. Literally just ordered before 9:00 on a Thursday and got a call they are closed and willnot make my order. Avoid if possible and tell everyone you know the same thing! What a joke! Previously have had goodexperiences here but recently have ordered at least 30 minutes before they close and they have canceled my order

These people are complete crooks. One of their drivers damaged a very expensive vase on the side of our driveway backing out after delivery and they refuse to pay for the vase. I am going to have to take them to small claims court. DO NOT buy from thisstore. They have no common decency or sense of responsibility.

No customer service whatsoever ! Walked in and was not greeted, everyone kept doing what they were doing. No one even said to give them a minute or anything. After waiting at least 3 or 4 minutes an employee finally asks what we needed, proceeds tocharge us and walks away . I was confused and did not know if he was going to come back or give me a receipt. I asked myself isthat it? Did the card go through ? Do I get a receipt? Like, come on !!! Where are your manners!?! Terrible service

If you don?t tip on a delivery order. Double check your bank statements. They like to add tips on if you don?t tip. That tip I didn?t tip was because I didn?t have it to tip. But the tip you took cost me $40. Other than that been order here for years.Always been good. The wings are a rip off tho.

Raw pizza dough unfollowed written instructions on three separate occasions at this specific location. Seems like the management here has forgotten how to hire and train competent employees. This location used to be great, but since 09/2021 thisDomino?s team has become an example of how to operate a business if their goal is to go out of business.
