Chaotic and childish. Entire staff is young and juvenile, and it reflects in the service. AMBER is a terrible shift lead. the business operator, Jimmy Lane, could care less about fixing any issue or customer complaint.

Tried the new smoked BBQ chicken sandwich.Don't waste your money.Not there normal chicken sandwich. McDonald's has more chicken on there chicken sandwich compared to this one.Hardly any BBQ on the sandwich and could not taste the bacon.

This is the most TERRIBLE Chick-fil-A I have been to. Very slow and no customers.

The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. They are some of the nicest people you'll ever encounter.

I ordered a Cobb salad tonight, and it had only a couple of very thin slices of chicken. I paid over $13 for the salad and a large diet lemonade. I’m really disappointed!
