Hardee's - Johnson City

I ordered the breakfast Frisco sandwich and added bacon, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and onion. It turned out to be a really delicious sandwich. I always double-check my order before leaving, especially since I've had issues with orders at this location in the past. However, during my last few visits, I've experienced exceptional service and warm greetings from the eager, friendly staff at the drive-thru. You can't beat a good Hardee's biscuit!

Fantastic staff! They are very considerate of high-risk customers. I've never had an issue with my orders, but more importantly, I appreciate that I’ve never been at risk of any illness while dining here. This is especially crucial for cancer patients. I truly trust this restaurant with my well-being.

I'm not usually a big fan of fast food, but I found the food here to be quite good and reasonably priced. What impressed me the most was that only two ladies were managing the entire place, and they did an outstanding job! They were incredibly friendly, and I was really impressed by their positive attitudes. Food rating: 4/5.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We waited 20 minutes after placing our order, and it seemed like other customers were getting their food before us. It was very frustrating. We eat here frequently, but after this visit, I don't think we'll be returning.

I had the most disappointing customer service experience at this restaurant. The manager informed me that the girl at the front counter was unwell, yet she was still handling food for customers. I plan to write a letter to the editor to share this experience. It's concerning that a manager like the one at this Hardee’s is overseeing operations! The service was extremely lacking.
