Hardee's - Johnson City

Went through drive through, cook was out by dumpster smoking, cashier was back cooking, until he arrived. More then likely, neither one of them washed there hands. Waited 12 minutes in the drive for 2 dbl beacon ch burgers. They tasted as if they cleaned the grill with them. Nasty......

I received a 40% off coupon for a Frisco burger...I asked if my bread could be extra toasted,they weren't sure if it could be done but either her name was Carla or Sara...she figured out to do it quickly, just put it in again but flipped over. I appreciate her and the cook.

Service to slow and food was very very cold and fries soggy as hell

The lady at the front counter is one Of the rudest ppl I’ve ever encountered. I have vowed not to go back to this Hardee’s bc she let a elderly man stand at the front counter waiting on a cup of coffee while she totally ignored him when I said something to her she started ranting goin on abt it so I left. This lady has worked there for a while. She’s an older lady that works breakfast usually in the drive thru. She is always RUDE!!!
