Jimmy John's - Johnson City

I’ve visited this restaurant more than a dozen times, and every time I encounter Elizabeth, she consistently provides excellent customer service. She’s always willing to help whenever I need something, and her presence truly enhances the overall atmosphere. Great job, Elizabeth!

We used to enjoy Jimmy John's, but our experience has changed recently. Two weeks ago, I had to wait an hour for our food, even though there was only one person in front of us. Katrina, the cashier, and the girl who made our sandwiches were both extremely rude and slow. We decided to give it another shot today, but unfortunately, we had the same experience. Katrina was once again very rude, and she got our order wrong. The two girls stared at us and laughed for about 20 minutes. Honestly, I don’t know what to make of it, and I really don’t care. The staff turned up the music to an uncomfortable level as if to make a point about our kids being there. I used to love Jimmy John's, but we won’t be returning to this location.

Normally, this situation is acceptable, but not today. The delivery person was quite rude. I forgot to leave a tip, and when I signed for my order, she remarked, "Are they going to leave a tip or what?" very condescendingly. I replied, "Uh, no, not right now." Then she added, "It's going to cost me money to get out of here." I responded, "Well, I'm already paying the $3 delivery fee." I called the manager, and he said he would address the issue with her. There’s really no need to be rude. I would have preferred to leave a tip if the service had been better. Goodness!

Very poor customer service. The staff was very rude to my wife. They got our order wrong and then we’re rude when we asked them to fix it. They had the music turned up so loud that you could barely hear each other speak. The food tastes great but we probably won’t be back because of the service unfortunately. I would be glad to talk with the owner/manager if needed.

Went to Jimmy John's for lunch. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean. I want to say my sub was super good but it wasn't bad either. I prefer my Italian subs with a little more oil and vinegar than mayonnaise. Which I did ask for but did not come out that way. By no means was it not good. The sub was good but not great. I would definitely still try it again.
