Pal's - Johnson City

Whenever I visit the Tri-Cities area, I find myself going to Pal's way too often. The food is fantastic, and the staff are wonderful. I already miss it!

I can’t believe this place exists here. It feels like a paradise for unhealthy eating. Honestly, I wish it would just disappear!

Pals is fantastic! They offer quick and fresh meals that are perfect for any occasion.

We had a disappointing experience at Pals in Elizabethton. We ordered Chicken Melts, a Chicken Sandwich, some fries, and three large drinks. The girl taking our order failed to repeat most of our items, so when we got to the cashier, we asked her to repeat it back to us, but she was too quiet for us to hear. The total was $32, and unfortunately, we didn’t receive what we ordered. Neither of the girls seemed to realize they sold Chicken Melts (which we even pointed out were advertised on the sign outside) and instead gave us Chicken Sandwiches. The Diet Coke was good, but the regular Cokes were flat. We didn’t want to go back through the long line. We’re willing to give it one more chance, but for $32 and not receiving what we requested, I can find better service elsewhere. We visit Pals weekly, but if our next experience isn’t good, we won’t return. We all need to be more discerning about where we spend our hard-earned money on such disappointing service.

The line moved fast, though they were busy. The burgers and fries were hot and exactly as ordered. Best burgers in town.
