Feedback gevenThis crystal has to be switched off. Three times in the last two weeks. Either from what I want or something doesn't work. Came today after sitting in the Drive-Dru loudspeaker for 10 minutes was informed his broker when entering. Poor lady has only 1 grill that works and can only make 12 burgers at a time on it. Air in here doesn't work. Her help is standing and she looks like she's lost. I'm not helping her. Place is evil. I don't know what to say. The owner has to rebuild or close up. This is just a bad look for Krystal Corporation.
This place usually has problems, like not driving through orders, eating takes 10-15 minutes to cook, and eating our warehouse. These are real things I encountered last year in this place. Today was different. The drive thru ran smoothly. The food was freshly prepared, the staff was great. A very good experience!
There were 3 vehicles before me in the drive thru, of which 2 had already placed their order... and 30 minutes to order and get my food. Wow! That was also slow for a brand new staff. The food was good, but I could have been served in a sit down restaurant all over Gallatin this time.
For the manager: FYI-Your employees work Thursday night 6/30/22 chatting with a friend/friend on the speaker in the drive thru and on the pick-up window while other customers wait on the speaker. And they should wait 10 minutes later. 20 minutes later than they go (together with two other cars during this time and probably others) he still sees chatting with the same driver at the window. PAYMENT OF an employee who loses customers and sales at the same time.... especially if at least one of them will not be back, it is not a profit for you financially and should not be a profit for him financially (and socially). I will not be back because someone who shows zero respect and responsibility for business and customers cannot be familiar with my food. Just thought you might fix a bad setting choice. If not, and you want to pay a salary while not earning money and losing business (permanent) because of the lack of work ethics, that is your business. It won't affect me again. From one manager to another... I would certainly want to know.
Been sitting in drive through 15mins still sitting here. line has not moved not even one car. Didn't know I'd have to wait for them to hire a whole crew.... maybe by July 4th I'll be at window... what is taking this long....? Usually good service. Not the case today. Do better. Please Edit. 10 more mins still no progress left without food and a lot less gas. No longer worth stopping at. Go anywhere else people
