Wendy's - Johnson City

They were very busy, and the food was available quickly.

It's a Wendy's—neither the worst nor the best one I've visited. The service was average, and I ordered a Frosty, which took quite a while to arrive.

The food was served hot and fresh, but the drive-thru service was slow. The person handing out the food didn’t seem very satisfied with her job.

I dined at this restaurant multiple times recently while working in Johnson City. The establishment is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Their burgers and fries are consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. I also got the chance to try their peppermint Frosty, and it was fantastic! I will definitely be stopping by my local Wendy's for a couple of those this holiday season. I highly recommend this location.

I realize that the employees are paid little but should still have a certain level of professionalism. To hear one complain I want to know what has happened to my GD orders in full view and hearing of customers is beyond any level of crudeness. In addition, he made my order incorrectly. The order in front of me was probably also incorrect as I got there extra mayo and little else. Sad visit. At least they got my fries right.
