White Duck Taco Shop - Johnson City

The staff does a good job and the place is clean and inviting, but the tacos are outstanding! If you like a different than average taco place this is your gold mine! No boring tacos here, and you’ll find their tacos above average on size and quantity! The price is more than reasonable considering the size. 9 out of 10 for the tacos!

Fun atmosphere and really good food. The tacos were made with very fresh ingredients, the staff was super nice and helpful for a first timer and service was fast. The only disappointment was the pretzel. Not in size- that think was huge!! But maybe alittle stale or over cooked? I?m not sure but not the best pretzel I?ve had. However, I am a little picky when it comes topretzels! Definitely returning!

White Duck is one of the best taco places around. Their combinations sound strange but work surprisingly well together. My favorites so far have been the Pork Belly (pickled melon rind, green onion sauce) and Lamb Gyro (lamb, cucumber, diced tomato,feta, and lettuce). Shrimp Grits is another great one to try. If you?re a beer drinker, Yeehaw is attached. There?s indoor andplenty of outdoor seating complete with a fire pit.

The first time in, loved all kinds of Taco options. I never thought I had shrimps and grits in a taco, but my world is all the better and I want it every time I'm here. So it's worth it. Delicious.

We had dinner at White Duck Tacos and visited Johnson City with our dog. The tacos were excellent! My wife had steak and I had Thai peanut chicken and both were really good. There are beautiful outdoor seating, so we dine cold with our dog and Yee Haw Brewing is next door, so we drinks from the brewery. Great tacos and great place to get dinner and drinks in downtown Johnson City.
