Feedback gevenI was charged twice for my meal because the card machine ran out of paper. The employee claimed the transaction didn’t go through, but my account shows two charges for the same amount. The service was poor, and the staff seemed unmotivated.
I ordered a pepper chocolate bread, something I’ve had a few times before. However, when I got home after picking it up, I realized they had given me a deep dish instead. I called the restaurant, and they said I could bring it back for the correct order. So, I went back, opened the box to double-check, and found it was just plain cheese bread. I asked the cashier where the pepperoni was, and she told me it was the same mix-up as before. I said, “But where’s the pepperoni?” Again, she repeated herself, and by that point, I was frustrated. I had paid extra for the pepperoni, and I expected to receive it!
The pizza was disappointing; it wasn't hot at all, and I had arrived just three minutes early for my scheduled pickup time.
I just ordered lunch from here, and there were some big problems with it. I ordered a crazy Calzony CHEESE. I read the description very carefully because I am a vegetarian. So I have no idea why the crust was filled with peppermint. There was also a hair on the crust that had to belong to one of the employees because it was burned in. Great and frustrating experience all around. The food was hot and ready (even if it wasn't what I ordered and had the potential to make me very sick, and the staff were nice enough. These are the only good things I have to say.
