Feedback gevenWent through the drive through for a venti (large) sized coffee and noticed it felt really light when they handed it over. Got home and opened the lid to check how much coffee was in there before I drank it and it was barely halfway full. The amount of coffee they gave me could've fit in a tall (small) sized cup. Very disappointed.
Great team work! This morning they were very busy, but they handled it beautifully! You could tell the manager cared about her team and made sure to help and be sure they got breaks. I got my drink and breakfast quickly. Great environment for working remotely this morning. Also very clean!
Ordered a sandwich and a drink online. The drink was ready when I arrived and I waited 10 minutes for my sandwich and told them I was missing a sandwich. They said they were sold out, but the online app didn?t mention it. I kept saying different sandwiches and they kept telling me they were sold out. How are all the sandwiches sold out, but not shown in the online store? They make a quick tomato mozzarella sandwich and there?s barely any in it. Errors: online store not being updated, sandwich being poorly made(it wasn?t during a rush), and not telling me or asking any of the customers if I was the one who ordered the sandwich.
This location is frequently Drive-Thru Only (DTO) and you don't know this until you get to the front door. Today, I walked there from my office only to find this to be the case. Was told I couldn't order from the drive-up window. I used to visit this location multiple times a week. In future, I'll stop at one of the other locations I pass on my way to work. There are others who are interested in my patronage.
It would be nice if you would fix your hours on Starbucks app and on Google shows closes at 8:30pm showed up before 8 pm and nothing at drive through seen workers inside lots of people waiting in drive through like me ....
