Capri Pizza - Johnstown

Waited at takeout window for a few minutes, nobody acknowledged me, so I left. Only 4 ppl in dining room eating?

We have never had a bad experience at Capri. The work staff is definitely top-notch.

My daughter and I were shopping and she decided she wanted pizza to eat. We unknowingly walked into this Capri pizza as they are ready to close in 15 minutes. I wanted to just leave and go somewhere else, but the server Beth....was soooo nice and insisted it was ok that we could still order and it wasn't a problem. Wanting to get out of there so they could go home we just ordered a pizza and cheese sticks. We ate a single slice quick and requested a box to eat the rest at home. What really struck me was how Beth and the other employees were so nice even though I know that deep down inside they wanted to go home. We wasn't rushed by anyone ...but we rushed anyway. Our pizza was really hot and cheesy. We loved it ,but the service and the attitudes of the employees of this place ...is what is over the top! It's definitely worth going to? thank you again Beth for your kind service!

The service was excellent, but the food was just average. I wish we had opted for takeout instead because the atmosphere was quite unpleasant. The tables are placed too closely together, and a group of rude men sat behind me, invading my space by turning their chairs sideways, making it very uncomfortable. As more customers arrived, the noise level increased significantly, creating a hectic environment. Overall, I didn't enjoy my experience and won't be returning.

I was in the area for work and decided to try this restaurant. I was not disappointed! The food was excellent, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was quick and affordable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
