Buns where hard just didnt taste good first time they sbuas ever happend

Why cant this particular McDonalds get anything right. This is constant. Twice in 2 days i ordered sausage buscuits that were so cold and rubbery i could not eat them. They can never give you the amount of cream and sugar you ask for so you can actually drink your hot drink the way you like it. Tired of not getting something to stir my drink or napkins in the bag. What am i supposed to use my finger as a spoon. I ordered nuggets and 2 apple pies last night. The apple pies that i was very much excited for ended up coming cold and the apples were one big piece of rubber. I have never seen such terrible food and service from a place.

Not good. good service with my order, good service, my money to take, good service to me the bag of my bad service double-Cheburger. looks old, hastened, sloppy. bad decision for my part to have hunger and eat it. but if you haven't eaten all day, something is usually better than nothing.

I'm giving a 3 instead of a 1 because the location seemed to be having some staffing issues the day I went. Me and my family (4 of us) went for lunch inside. Ordered at the kiosk. Order took 10+ minutes to make. We didn't have a huge order, but like I said they seemed short staffed. Got our food, we had no straws for the drinks, had to get up and find straws. Sat back down to realize I didn't have a fork for my bun-less burger (gluten sensitive). I got up to look if they had any out to grab, I couldn't find them. An employee was cleaning up out in the dining area and I asked them if they had any forks where I could grab one. He said go ask the person at the counter. I stood there and no one seemed to notice I was there. The person I asked about the fork then walked past me and into the back and started talking with another staff member. Nothing about me needing a fork. He then grabbed his coat and left his shift, me still standing there. I stood there for at least 5 more minutes before someone said oh your order will be right up to which I corrected them that I just needed a fork. She looked at her station and drive thu, no forks. She had someone go in back to grab more. They didn't have any. Didn't have any knives either. So I asked for a spoon so I could eat my burger patty with something besides my hands. I understand in this industry these sort of things happen so I wasnt greatly bothered. The employee that helped me by telling me to go ask at the counter, that then walked by me still waiting and then just got his coat and left after chatting for a couple minutes did bother me. That is just poor customer service. He couldn't be bothered to make sure that I was helped at all.

Breakfast was a joke. Hash browns weren't even done. Big breakfast HORRIBLE! NO BACON ...EGGS LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE ROLLED...NO ORANGE JUICE. I THINK WE NEED TO FIND NEW MANAGEMENT !!!!!!
