Why can't any of the fast food joints in Johnstown get an order right?

I've had worse and order was salvageable only slight mistakes on 2 tacos were tomatoes were added instead of the whole meal having no tomatoes. But still good.

Ordered 3 doritos tacos and a vegan power bowl, waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes just for them to tell me at the window that they were out of both beans and beef and they couldn’t make my orderdefinitely could have save me some time and just told me that at the speaker
