Smashburger - Joiner Way, Eden Prairie

I waited 30 minutes to get one burger and a French fry. When I approached and said it had been that long, the manager was defensive and said they had lots of orders. No apology, very rude. There were only 3 occupied tables in restaurant. 2 people came in to order while I was waiting, they ended up leaving before they ordered because no one showed up in front for that long. I would have left too, if I had not already paid. I ate my burger right after I was given it and it was completely cold, it had obviously been sitting for awhile. I don’t have time to say any more about it or return it, nor do I want to have a confrontation with the manager who was so rude about me asking about my 30 minute old order. Will not return here, and honestly in any good establishment- my meal would have been comp’d for this service. I do not recommend this place unless you have a lot of time to spare and want to eat cold food and be spoken rudely to.

The smash fries are good. the burgers are not as good as they used to be. They seem short staffed and it's never very clean in there. It seems to be going downhill.

First time, for anyone in the group of 10 of us, ever eating at Smashburger. It was really good. Mushroom and Swiss had great mushroom flavor and everyone enjoyed their burgers and tots and onion rings. They were out of ice cream, so no shakes, but will come back to try that.

The food tasted great and barely any wait for a restaurant that makes burgers that aren’t fast food! However when I walked in there wasn’t anyone at the front desk leaving me confused until I saw one of the workers sitting in a booth on their phone get up to serve me. After he finished serving me he went back to the booth and just sat on his phone. A bit unprofessional but the food is still good!
