Burger King - Joliet

The food was acceptable, but there was a mistake with my order. I was charged for something I didn't request, but the cashier noticed the error and returned my money.

Delicious! Every once in a while, you come across a place that's exceptional. Everything was served hot and fresh, and the fries were fantastic!

The quality of the food was great—the burger was fresh, the salad was crispy, and the staff was friendly. I had eaten at Culver's the day before, and I can honestly say I enjoyed the burger here much more. I didn’t feel weighed down by grease afterward, and I’ll definitely add this place to my short list of regular lunch spots. My only complaint is that the tomatoes seemed to be added too early, which made them limp and soggy from the heat of the burgers. Also, they didn’t offer or provide me with extra ketchup, which I expected since I had the meal with fries. Overall, it was a good experience at Burger King.

Unlike mcdonalds, they make a burger for breakfast, even at 6 o'clock. Nothing like french toast sticks to get with a burger! Slow passage in the early morning, but there are usually few people, so it somehow compensates. But I can't say the same thing in the evening.

The reasoning for the stars is due to the unfortunate circumstance of there not being lighting in the bathroom. It is quite difficult to navigate oneself in the dark! The overall food quality and and service was good, and the people there were kind. If I go back and there is light, I'll probably change the review. Great place to eat!
