Dunkin' Donuts - Joliet

Unfortunately, my iced Americano was weak and tasted like burned coffee beans. Felt like I shouldn't have gone inside to order. Other locations are able to take my order quickly and confidently.

7 people working and nobody will take your order for 20 minutes inside. 3 cars in drive thru. Do better.

Almost everytime I make an order from them they still manage to mess up a simple coffee. I am PAYING for added espresso shots and it is forgotten almost everytime. Why is this?

I specifically asked for a dozen donuts with no filling. When I got to my destination and opened the box, there were several donuts with filling... Totally bummed as the guests I brought them for do not like filled donuts. For 17.00 it would have beennice to get what I ordered.

I would never go to this Dunkin again in my life, a bunch of young untrained ghetto kids. I use to love this DD. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went and places an online order, coffee had a weired taste i told the young worker, she looked at me likeshe did not want to take it back to remake it she said its nothing wrong she made it the way you asked. I said its the coffe ittasted weired after about 3min of back and fourth she finally took the cup, i told her if i have a problem why the back andforth with customer. She remade drink out of same batch it taste worse i told her she got smart and ignorant called to talk to amanager all the kids that work there playing on the phone I just over it never again.
