Gloria Jean's Coffees - Joliet

I love Gloria Jeans coffee. The culture of the business means a lot to me as a customer. It’s different. I have always loved coming to this specific one in the mall. But it just seems like it isn’t well taken care of anymore. Last time we went a couple months ago they didn’t have the right size cups. Went there again yesterday and they literally served me two iced coffees WITHOUT lids for the cup. Didn’t let me know before I paid (and tipped). It was just an unfortunate circumstance and sad to see the lack of quality and maintenance this location has had the past few months/year. Would not recommend anyone to come here until they get things fixed and back on track

The worker with the colored hair is super friendly but management needs to step up their game and get their stuff fixed before they get put out of business.

If I had to pick my all time favorite coffee place it would hands down be gloria Jean's coffee! You have to try the Caramel cookie chiller!

Went there today and bought two drinks. They are both filled with coffee grounds. I have called for two hours now and the phone has been busy I paid 13.18 for two disgusting undrinkable drinks.

Its pretty pricey but I still love Gloria Jeans. Especially the chocolate sprinkles! My drink was a little too sweet but we both enjoyed them anyway!
