Feedback gevenThis McDonald's drive-thru is consistently one of the fastest I've been to. I usually just order coffee through the app, but the line moves quickly and the staff is always very friendly.
I placed an order online and paid for it! I received the confirmation code after I arrived. However, when I got to the window, they mentioned my order was still pending!? I find this confusing, as it should have been straightforward! I hope this gets sorted out soon, but it's been quite frustrating. I'm still waiting for my money back.
I ordered an iced tea without sugar and ended up with two large fries, but I received medium-sized fries instead. There were several issues with the burgers as well. Overall, it was a disappointing experience at this McDonald's.
I understand they're always hiring kids, but learn how to make a mcCafe simple coffee. Anybody explain to me if I order a hot caramel mocha, it's a totally full cup. Same price as the iced. Which I order the iced coffee with very very light ice due to sensitive teeth. They never want to fill the inch and a half gap at the top because I got less ice put in. I am not getting ice which costs them water and electricity to make, yet if I order it without it or less of it I'm not given the same amount that's in a hot cup of the exact same coffee. Asked for 4-5 pieces of Ice is not 3/4 cup of ice... Not even half. I hate going to Broadway McDonald's for anything, but especially coffees. And on last visit I got a sausage mcgriddle. The sausage looked only half cooked looked almost pink. Had zero cooked spots. I didn't know at first till i had bit into it and it tasted like it was going bad. I offered it to my kitty who loves meat and he wouldn't eat it. A mainly carniferous animal not wanting meat? I knew something was wrong so didn't eat it. I tried for 2hrs to call and they first hung up on me without saying a word and when I called back it was off the hook... Busy for over 2hrs. A very common thing for this place. There's one manager, believe it's Martha, who makes my coffee perfectly right Everytime. But having to get a manager to make a simple coffee is time wasting when I have to wait and not fair to the manager who has teens working for them who can't make a coffee. Oh...I had to wait 15 minutes last time to even get my coffee, as I watched others walk out with coffees that came in after me. Avoid Broadway McDonald's. At all costs! And avoid the disrespectful Jośe who is also a manager. But all he cares about is his overhead and to treat customers with zero respect. And the last time things were so bad with Jose that I called corporate to give feedback instead of the store I got several nasty, insulting TEXT MESSAGES to my personal phone about 10 minutes later! Grow up.
Drag the app and they always said it was an invalid code. code changed because I waited to put my order and pay for it.
