Jimmy John's - Jonesboro

I always have a wonderful experience here. The food is fresh and the staff are awesome.

Tried to get an Unwich delivered... it was on a bun when delivered... they either weren 't listening to the order or just didn 't care... oh well... not a fan... relented, I was hungry, got the new Cubano sandwich... oh well, maybe someday some body will actually make a decent Cuban sandwich... (sigh)

I found bugs in my food, which really upset me. I emailed the company, and after two weeks, they simply asked me to fill out a survey—definitely not the right way to handle this situation. After noticing two mistakes in my order, I’ve decided I won't be returning to the Jimmy John's in Jonesboro. I wouldn’t recommend taking your kids there.

I ordered a number 16 salad wrapped up, but it spilled all over my shirt and stained it. This happened the first time I ordered it. The turkey had a strange taste; I won't be ordering it again, even though I did once before and it was good.
