Pizza Inn - Jonesboro

This is a great spot for top-notch pizza. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the bill was reasonable. The atmosphere reminded me of a restaurant in Fort Worth that I really enjoyed.

Our server was amazing. Our oldest child, who is 18 and autistic, was able to fulfill his wish thanks to her. She was very kind and attentive, never once showing any frustration towards our young children. She always had a wonderful smile on her face. When we were leaving, our little girl even ran up to hug our waitress. If someone can be this incredible, others should know about it. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I placed an online order at this restaurant and noticed my debit card was charged more than expected. When I called to inquire, I was told there was no record of my order. After speaking with a rude manager on the phone, I went to the store to show them the email confirmation of my order and proof of the overcharge. It took them some time to check their system, but eventually they admitted their mistake and started preparing my order. Unfortunately, they burned the food and had to cook it again. I was informed that I needed to contact the headquarters to resolve the overcharge issue, as the store was unable to help. When I returned home with my pizza, it was incorrect. When I tried to contact headquarters, the line was busy. I called the store again and spoke to a different manager who claimed that no one named Penny had ever spoken to me. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. I was treated poorly, overcharged, given the wrong order, and nobody seemed to care. I will be sure to warn others about this terrible establishment. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.

We had the best waitress! She was super sweet! My son has an allergy and she went out and out for him!!

Excellent? Pizza and salad? Service and waiting staff were great. Pizza in the southwest.
