Wing Plus - Jonesboro

I asked for vegetables and so was my rice! later it was not good to eat or the customer service. they just laid nicely on the top when I began to dig and eat it, I saw that it wasn't much sweet!

They do an amazing job when it comes to flavor variety, food choices, seasoning, taking in personal requests like extra crispy, being patient with customers looking through the menu or seeming distracted, and the employees aren't bad. There was one time where they double charged me and I was sure that was the case. They said that's not what happened, the machine didn't take in the information correctly. I was confirmed to have gotten double charged when I got home but even then they still handled the situation well, no problems were caused or escalated and I got my money back. Due to that one time I got double charged on taking one star off but otherwise. Everything else deserves all the good stars.

The food is good, flavorful and seasoned just right. My only problem with this restaurant is every time I order through door dash to have my wings extra wet they come with barely no sauce and the taxes and delivery fee is about $8 plus the price of your meal.

Love their food I eat here about 3 times a week, I get the 10 wings with shrimp and chicken fried rice with 2 egg rolls #PURE FYEEEE
