Showed up at drive through at 918 pm, was told to hold on for a few minutes, at 927 all the lights started turning off, frt doors were already locked , went to drive through window and female wearing black hoodie Said that she didn 't have enough staff to fix anything else for the night and was closed.She couldn 't tell me who the manager was, had to yell back and ask other employees for the managers name Dave Atkins. and then said she wasn 't allowed to tell me if he worked tomorrow Thursday or notSupposed to be open until 10 pm according to on line and frt doors, this is the third time in about 2 months that they would be closed before 10 pmVERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MANAGEMENT FOR ALLOWING THIS TO CONTINUE !!!RATING ON THE FOOD WHO KNOWS I CAN 'T FIND THEM OPENED !!!!

We waited in the drive-thru for over 40 minutes. Even if they were short-staffed, that is unacceptable.

Take-out service is slipping at the Jonesborough location. Last two visits have ended up with missing items in order. First time was missing two of the four fish pieces, tonight no hushpuppies in the order. Drive thru attendant not the normal friendly spirit as in the past visits. With prices of everything on the rise, it would be nice to at least get your full order.

Wage fraud, they dont pay their employees their full promised wages while working
