Frumpy Joe's - Jonesburg

We took time to stop by for a late lunch on our cross country drive. We can tell these guys take pride in their housemate recipes. Breaded chicken items and sauces on the menu were delish. I loved the sweet potato fries! We took away some homemadedesserts. Can't wait!

Stopped in for lunch. My husband found it through Google on our road trip through the area. Scratch made food. Cute and clean inside. Excellent friendly service. Daily specials. I 'm already regretting not buying a t shirt. With a little luck and GPSI found Frumpy Joe 's . Hubby had one of the daily specials a 3 cheese double bacon burger. Fresh beef patties on grilledbread. Perfectly melted and delicious. He said the Cole slaw is perfect. I had a catfish sandwich. Hand breaded to order. Waspiping hot all the way through. We tried the bread pudding with caramel sauce and it was so good. A perfect sweet treat to endthe meal. Highly recommend. Only a half mile off I 70. There is a bar inside as well. Worth the trip!

Payton greeted us with a wonderful smile and led us to our table. Kimberly was very helpful when we were trying to make up our minds of what to order. The in-house breaded onion rings are the best we have ever had! The portions are very generous and thefood was hot and very fresh. We highly recommend Frumpy Joe's and will be returning.

I'm the type of person to only leave a review when something is outstandingly terrible. However, this place needs a shoutout. The staff is friendly, they'll remember your face. I live in St Peter's right now and I literally drove just for their bonelessbbq chicken. It is literally the best fried chicken you will put in your mouth. Highly recommend, it's worth the drive no matterwhere you're coming from.

Good burgers. Good service. I had the western pepper jack double burger with fries and an iced tea. It hit the spot. Older guy who looked like the logo left as we ordered, but he was 100% as advertised.
