Accommodation at the Peklo hotel was definitely not according to our expectations. The rooms in the attic of the main building would need considerable care. The fact that the rooms are quite small would not matter so much, but the peeling tiles in the bathroom, the creaking maisonette floor and stairs would definitely require some care. The highlight was when the room began to leak during heavy rain on the very first evening. The situation was reported to the hotel staff that very evening, but a solution did not come until 2 days later. In the end, the hotel fixed the leak and sent a compensation from the price, but the whole thing shows how the hotel is taken care of. Toys on the outdoor traffic playground are a separate chapter. Half of it works, and even that is quite limited. The breakfasts are of a good standard, I appreciate the homemade pastries. Pre-ordered lunches and dinners are then in the quality of the school canteen of the 80s. But if you order from the classic menu, the food is quite good. Rooms: They require necessary maintenance, which they do not receive. Creaky stairs and maisonette floor , peeling tiles in the bathroom. Messy beds. Food drinks: Pre-ordered food is 1980s school cafeteria quality. Noteworthy details: Broken and non-functioning toys in indoor and outdoor areas. A great place for children, they were delighted, unfortunately one day the bracelet stopped working and their friends couldn't get into the room and had to spend the night with us... Hotel Peklo is HELL, and we haven 't even been there. According to the photos and the website, we, two families with small children, were delighted by the hotel. One season we didn 't get a place, so I booked a place for the next season in time. First by phone, then by email with the manager. I was sent an email with a calculation and confirmation of the date, but no official confirmed reservation or documents for the payment of the deposit. Since then, silence on the footpath. I wrote an email to make sure the reservation was OK no answer. After that, we diligently called, but not once was the manager available. We learned that the reservation is not made! A month and a half before the departure date. At the reception, they always promised us that they would solve it and let us know, they never did, they didn 't answer our emails, they always gave the same excuses to the phone, until about a week after our second phone call, they told us that they had made the reservation for us, that everything was already in place in order and they will send us the documents for payment by the evening. Nothing, the next day nothing, the third also not, we call, the manager is not available, but the reception will urge and let us know, nothing. I called there again today and asked them for an invoice or at least a binding confirmation of the reservation, the receptionist told me (at 10:00) that she didn 't have the computer on yet, that she would turn it on and call in ten minutes. She didn 't call. She said the same sentence to her friend about 3 times, they never heard back. After an hour I call there again and they don 't even pick up the phone. A mistake can always happen, but this appalling behavior and ignorance is heaven calling! The reception is not working, the manager is not working and we have no one else to turn to. We have two small children who are looking forward to the holiday and we have to find something to replace a month before the deadline in the season. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
