Burger King - Joshua

I just visited the restaurant, and the place was a complete mess. There was no ketchup available at the condiment station, and at the drink station, there was standing water on the countertop. The trash bins were overflowing with food, and it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. The staff were friendly, but the overall cleanliness of the place was really disappointing.

I now understand why they removed our Burger King from Cleburne because it seems that all Burger Kings are like this. When I visited this location in Joshua for the first time, I walked in and stood at the counter, waiting for someone to take my order. A young man, who looked no older than 15, eventually came to the counter and mentioned that he was with the team. Meanwhile, a woman was sitting and eating her order as I waited, and it was around noon – prime lunchtime. You would think there would be enough staff to cover busy hours like that. Instead, one of the hired employees went on break to eat her salad. The drive-thru was pretty busy, and soon enough the inside got busy too, yet she just sat there with her salad, texting on her phone. It's concerning that the only people working there seem to be kids.

Rylee provided poor customer service in the car. I felt like I was a complete bother to her. On top of that, she got my order wrong, despite me repeating it several times.

To burger king today! Normally the service is terrible, but lacie b I think was the name to make my order and service so much better! she went out of that if it wasn't for her that would have been my last time!

LEGIT worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Waited at drive Thru line for over ten min every time I have gone here and I end up driving away cuz no one comes to the speaker. I would put negative stars if possible. Will never try to go to this one again lol driving to burleson
