Feedback gevenVery surprised by the response of the manager of this establishment. I was one of the 25 people who lived a more than odd evening in this restaurant. I will not put my feet back on it, because I found that, in addition to the lack of professionalism of the gerant, the iron was not worth at all the €30 requested. very few plates, a not cooked salmon and personally a big doubt about the so-called "fresh product" and "homemade." I strongly advise this restaurant that twice has been very disappointed.
We were a group of 25 people. The meal was good even for some of us there was little in the plate...The young waiter had to be intern or just start, one of us was well watered at the kir, which can happen, but nothing was given to her to wipe out...Then comes the dessert, with nuclei in the cherries less sympathetic...Then the moment of the coffee at the time. we booked for 27 or 28 and we were 25 present with a menu at 30€ so 25x30=750€ and we meet with an addition of 810€! because they made us pay the 2 meals of the missing persons! First they didn't inform us from the start, secondly these dishes were not served! And when we asked to get them back it wasn't possible!And the fence when the waitress makes his calculation and tells us that it's missing 236€ while everyone paid. We had to recount with her, but only 26€ because she had not understood anything to the division that had been asked for her! One of us went to parliament because it's unacceptable. and we had a gift voucher of the same amount for the extra 60€. but we were all and all disappointed in this restaurant. It's embarrassing! And we won't go back.
A feast for the taste buds that these dishes of the tasting menu!I who loves to cook and taste the good cuisine, I call it "one without fault!"I especially loved the beef coast in the Morilles.What in the room service: discretion, helpfulness and kindness. I recommend!
I had a very good memory of the restaurant of the same chef in Malbuisson and his beef in salt crust...I had learned that he had closed, had left in Switzerland and then had come back to play, I was very curious to discover his new kitchen. I went there with my partner. We took the tasting menu at 45 eur and a chardonnay from Rollet to 22 eur. small, simple but good mouth, followed by a foie gras with excellent figs. We then had as a fish, a crab lemon sauce with a curry risotto perfectly cooked and full of taste. the calf rib with the bits was beautiful, the spinach /bette gratin with the blue that accompanied it was perhaps a little too strong taste for me. excellent cheeses and a sublime apricot mist cream. We left the restaurant happy but a little heavy, a little gaved, because when it's good, I'm greedy:-) and there was much enough! the service was also very good, listening without being too present. Excellent choice to eat occasionally a little more refined than usual.
The frame is spacious and modern, sober and tasteful, perhaps a little cold and impersonal as it is the current trend. The kitchen is irreproachable, neat and very well presented. prices are a little higher than the average in this level of service.
