I ordered on the app. I went to pick up arrived expecting my order to be ready as the app indicated it was. It was not hadn 't even been started. I was told they were still finishing the customer before me, there was no urgency. Then as I was sitting, waiting for them to finish with these customers, another customer walked in after me, up to the counter they completed her order first! REALLY! (I am usually a very understanding customer. I get it things happen. But the point of the app is that I walk in I get my food go. The employee even tried to ring me up when I paid in the app. When they finally got to my order it was obvious neither were very familiar with the app or the instructions on the receipt. I had to go to the counter walk them through each sandwich. They were even unfamiliar with the sandwiches I ordered, Italian BMT Cold Cut Combo, I had to tell them which meats were on the sandwiches. Plus they are offered as classic sandwiches in the app but not on the menu on the wall in the store. They were out of some of the usual toppings like spinach. These employees need better training for sure. Even the customer after me ordered a Black Forest Ham they started to make it with the wrong meat! Its ham! I arrived at 5:50 to pick up a finished order left with my sandwiches at 6:30. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be going to Grazines for all my sandwiches from here out. Way better.

Filthy store and FLIES all over the food. Also, this store is always out of food. Long wait for service. Horrible place Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
